Dacheng Shanghai-based Attorneys Retained as Standing Legal Counsel for Morgan Stanley (Asia)

A Dacheng team composed by attorneys Shang Haodong, Wu Ming and Shen Jian from the international legal affairs department was recently retained by Morgan Stanley (Asia) as standing legal counsel.

The Dacheng attorneys are mainly responsible for reviewing all kinds of contracts, particularly regarding commodity trade, and offering legal opinions on PRC-related commercial activities.
