In order to implement the construction of the pool of professional legal talents, according to the "Interim Measures for the Construction of Legal Talent Pools of Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association" (2017 No. 26) issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Lawyers Association (JPLA), the JPLA recently launched the selection process for its "Criminal Legal Talent Pool", "Finance, Securities and Insurance Legal Talent Pool" and "PPP Legal Talent Pool". After individual submissions, recommendations of the various district and municipal bar associations, strict review of the relevant work committees and practice committees of the JPLA and other experts, and deliberation on the JPLA president's conference, several lawyers from Dentons Nantong office were appointed to the legal talent pools. Ji Gang and Fan Xin'an were appointed to the "Criminal Legal Talent Pool", while Gu Yingbin, Wang Nian, Ma Jia, Chen Rongrong and Gu Haibin were included in the "Finance, Securities and Insurance Legal Talent Pool".
