On May 21, 2014, Guangzhou Textiles Industry & Trade Holdings Ltd. completed the issuance of RMB200mln worth of first-phase short-term financing bills for 2014. A Guangzhou-based team led by senior partner Wu Guang provided all-round legal counsel for the issuer.

The team had previously advised the company on similar issues in 2012 and 2013, which raised RMB400mln in total.

The team led by Wu also included associates Han Yiyan and Chen Junjie.
