Following strict screening procedures, the Legislative Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government recently appointed Guangzhou-based attorney Lu Yuefeng into a pool of experts to review contract templates drafted by the government of Guangzhou itself.

Lu will participate in two phases: he will submit written opinion on how specific contract template should look like when the government solicits opinions from all experts; he will join other experts in reviewing contract drafts and give professional feedback.

Lu has accumulated a good knowledge of administrative law as well as practicing experience, having been acting as the standing legal counsel of a number of administrative departments and handled a series of administrative cases. He was once invited to attend an expert review meeting convened by the Administrative Reconsideration Office of the Municipal Government of Guangzhou.
