On November 9, 2018, RICS International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Summit, sponsored by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, co-organized by organizations such as China International Contractors Association, China Engineering Cost Association, British Embassy China, Tianjin University, Dentons Beijing office was successfully held at the Beijing JW Marriott Hotel to discuss how to promote the sustainable development of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, and the “Five-Tong Project” to build connectivity in policy-making, infrastructure development, trade, financing, and between people.

There are four major topics in the summit, namely: International outlook and new opportunities along the “The Belt and Road” route, new dynamics and opportunities of “The Belt and Road initiative”, new opportunities - back to rationality, international infrastructure construction and management practice exploration, and internationalization and "Going Global" of infrastructure consulting businesses. 

At 6 o'clock in the afternoon, General Manager Pierpaolo Franco concluded the summit with a closing speech. Dentons China’s significant progress in real estate, infrastructure construction, energy, mining, and environmental protection in recent years is highly aligned with the professionalism reflected in this summit.
