On 3 May 2013, Mr. Jiang Rongqing, Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Offices, was invited by the Supreme People’s Court to attend the expert conference on Regulations in relation to Certain Matters on Adjudication of the Cases of Independent Bank Guarantee Disputes held by the Supreme People’s Court in Beijing. Mr. Jiang delivered independent expert opinions at the conference based on his experience in relevant cases and Libyan guarantee, and submitted written opinions to the Supreme People’s Court after the conference.
 
Mr. Jiang Bixin, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court and the judges of No. 4 and No. 2 Civil Divisions of the Supreme People’s Court, relevant scholars and representatives of relevant banks and China International Contractors Association have attended the conference.
 
Judicial interpretations on the cases of independent guarantee disputes will certainly resolve a number of difficulties and problems arising out of the adjudication of the cases of independent guarantees in practice so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of relevant enterprises.
