Dacheng Attorney Advises Qinghai Jiangcang Coal Co. on SME Private Placement Bonds Issue
Recently, Qinghai Jiangcang Coal Co., Ltd. received approval from the Stock Exchange of Shenzhen for the issuance of 2013 SME private placement bonds. Attorney Qi Yan from Dacheng’s Xining office provided comprehensive legal counsel for the coal company.
The approval marks a ground-breaking progress for Qinghai-based small- and medium-sized enterprises in private placement bond issue.
In August 2013, the government of Qinghai signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Pilot Issue of SME Private Placement Bonds with the stock exchanges of Shanghai and Shenzhen, to which Qinghai-based SMEs were granted access.
