On January 22, 2013, Jiangsu Wenfeng Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 1382029) completed the issuance of the first round of medium term notes (MTNs) worthy of RMB500mln for 2013. Wenfeng Group is one of the established enterprises in Jiangsu and has under its control Wenfeng Great World Chain Development Corp., star hotels, automobile sales companies, etc.
 
China Minsheng Banking acted as the lead underwriter for the notes. Dacheng’s Nantong-based attorneys provided legal service for the issuance. The project was led by senior partners Gu Yingbin and Huang Bing.
