Recently, Dacheng senior partner Qiao Lu and partner XieXiaojing acted for Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (“Wanhua Chemical”) on its strategic investment project overseas. They advised the company on issues such as overseas investment policies and laws and regulations related to local employment and labor, franchising and environment protection. Apart from the project, the duo was also retained as Wanhua Chemical’s general outside counsel.

Wanhua Chemical (Code No.:600309), founded on December 20 1998, was listed on an A-share marketon January 5 2001, being the first shareholding company in Shandong that had undergone restructuring before listing.
