Dacheng Advises Sunshine Insurance on Formation of Internet Finance Platform
On April 12, 2015, Beijing Zhongguancun Ronghui Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. (a.k.a. “Huijinsuo”), an internet finance platform, was launched at Zhongguancun Science Park.
Huijinsuo was set up by Sunshine Asset Management Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Sunshine Insurance Group. It is the first internet finance platform approved by the park’s management committee to include “Zhongguancun” in its company name. Huijinsuo will become an integrated internet finance service platform that provides P2P, C2C, B2C, and B2B financial asset trading information services and diverse investment alternatives for qualified investors, that serves as channels for individuals and small- and medium-sized enterprises seeking finance and a platform facilitating transfer of non-standard financial assets.
A Dacheng team led by Liu Xinde conducted due diligence, drafted and reviewed relevant legal documents, and issued the attorney’s opinion letter to China Insurance Regulatory Commission for Sunshine Asset Management Corporation Limited. The team also included attorneys Liu Yong, Ye Hongpo and Xu Jie.
