In December 2013, a Dacheng team led by Shenzhen-based partner Zhang Jian was retained as standing legal counsel for Shenzhen Qianhai Agricultural Products Exchange Center Co., Ltd. (“Qianhai AP-EC”).
 
Qianhai AP-EC is a wholly state-owned joint stock company to serve as an important factor trading platform. The exchange center is committed to making Qianhai an information service and price formation center for nation-wide agricultural products and a leading multi-type, multi-layer, multi-mode platform for spot transaction of agricultural products and agricultural finance service.
