Dacheng Attorney Retained as Chief Legal Counsel for China City Complex Research Center

On May 16 2012, Dacheng senior partner Qian Weiqing was retained as chief legal counsel for China City Complex Research Center.
 
The research center was founded jointly by China Academy of Building Research and Commercial Real Estate Research Center under Beijing Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and staffed by a number of industry specialists and researchers. It depends on a platform offered by CSG (Beijing) Commercial Real Estate Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct research and offer services, with a focus on commercial real estates in city complexes. The research center aims to offer advice for governments and their functional departments at all levels, advance industry research, interlink council members, improve their knowledge sharing and help attract investment for members.
