Dacheng Attorneys Advise Sheen Tai Holdings Group on HKEx Main Board Listing

On July 13 2012, Sheen Tai Holdings Group Company Limited (Code No.: 1335), a leading cigarette packaging material manufacturer in China, was successfully listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
 
Dacheng acted as PRC counsel for the exclusive sponsor and underwriter Haitong Securities.
