Dacheng Offers Counsel for the First New Third Board Launch

On September 4, 2012, a confirmation letter was issued by Securities Association of China (“SAC”) to Shanghai New Eyes Medical Inc. (“New Eyes”) in which SAC approved the latter’s filings on listing. On September 7, New Eyes was launched on the Agency Share Transfer System (also known as “the new third board”), becoming the first-ever Shang-based company entering the new third board. A Dacheng project team led by Shanghai-based senior partner Wang Hanqi and composed of capital market attorneys Zhu Xiaohong, Ma Ran and Fan Jianhong provided all-round legal service for New Eyes on matters such as due diligence, corporate restructuring and the listing itself.
