Dacheng Attorneys Advise Metallurgical Corporation of China on Super-short-term Commercial Paper Issuance

Recently, Dacheng senior partner Liu Yan and attorney Qiao Xiaohua provided all-round legal service for Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. on its issuances of the first three rounds of super-short-term commercial papers for 2012. The three issuances which involved a size of RMB10bn in total with a 270-day maturity were completed on July 18, August 16 and September 20 respectively.
