Dacheng Attorneys Advise SD-Gold on Acquiring Penglai Jinchuang Group and Daliuhang Gold Mine

On September 8, 2012, a signing ceremony was held in Penglai Bayview Grand Hotel during which Shandong Gold Group Co., Ltd. (“SD-Gold”) inked a strategic partnership agreement with the municipal government of Penglai and equity transfer agreements with Penglai Jinchuang Group and Penglai Daliuhang Gold Mine respectively. Guests present at the ceremony were Zhang Dailing, municipal party secretary of Penglai, Sun Yebao, mayor of Penglai, Wang Jianhua, chairman of SD-Gold and Li Guohong, vice-general manager of SD-Gold, among others.
 
A project team led by Dacheng senior partner Yang Guisheng provided all-round legal service for SD-Gold on the acquisition. The team was composed of attorneys Re Rongbing, Xiang Hao, Zhang Xidong, Liu Ruiqi and Yang Haoran.
