Dacheng Attorneys Advise China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group on MTNs Issuance

Recently, Dacheng senior partner Liu Yan and attorney Qiao Xiaohua provided all-round legal service for China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group for the issuance of the first round medium-term notes (“MTNs”) for 2012. The RMB1.8bn of notes which would mature in five years at a coupon rate of 4.78% was issued on August 31, 2012.
 
China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group is one of the central enterprises under the administration of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is also the only national-level investment company in the field of energy saving and environment protection.
