Dacheng Attorney Advise Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange on Equity Transfer

Recently, Dacheng’s Shanghai-based attorney Wang Dong, entrusted by Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange Holdings Co., Ltd. (UAE Holdings), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange (UAE), advised the latter on an agreement-based transfer of its stock holdings in Guotai Jun’an Securities to UAE Holdings. Attorney Wang offered legal advice and issued legal opinion letter pursuant to requirements in revelant laws, regulations and normative documents, including PRC Corporate Law, Securities Law, Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Securities Companies, Enterprise State-owned Assets Law, Rules for the Trading of State-owned Equity of Enterprises and Notice on the State-owned Property Rights Transfer of Enterprises. The project has already been completed and filed with China Securities Regulatory Commission.
