Dacheng’s Nantong-based Office Advise Enterprises on Debt Financing

On December 11, 2012, a notice from National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors accepting the registration of RMB1.5bn of medium-term notes was issued to Jiangsu Wenfeng Group Co., Ltd.. So far, Dacheng’s Nantong-based office has advised four enterprises on debt financing from the interbank market, the other three of which are: a first-round issuance of RMB400mln of short-term papers for 2012 by Nantong Tiansheng Harbor Power Co., Ltd.; a first-round issuance of RMB250mln of short-term papers from a registered total of RMB500mln for 2012 by Nantong Port Group Co., Ltd. ; and a first and a second round issuances of an accumulated RMB500mln of short term papers for 2012 by Nantong Sijian Construction Group Co., Ltd..
