Secondary Public Offering Plan of Chengdu Road & Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd Approved by CSRC

On June 7, 2013, a secondary offering plan of Chengdu Road & Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd was granted approval from CSRC Public Offering Review Committee. The secondary offering aimed to issue RMB-denominated ordinary shares (A-shares). Attorney Liu Yixing and legal assistant He Wei from Dacheng Shanghai Office advised on the plan.
 
China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd acted as the sponsor for the offering. A capital market project team led by Liu Yixing and Zhou Tianlin provided all-round legal service. Their work involved conducting due diligence investigation, writing lawyers’ work report and legal opinion letters.
 
Chengdu Road & Bridge Engineering Co.,Ltd. (stock code: 002628) was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2011. The secondary offering would raise no more than RMB 700 million, the net capital of which would fund the construction of South Yuanhua Road (Section C), a municipal construction project with public investment and financing.
