Dentons advises on a share placing for Rosslyn Data Technologies plc

London—Dentons has advised Cenkos Securities as Nomad and Broker on a c.£7.3 million share placing for Rosslyn Data Technologies plc, a leading global big data technology company, on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

The proceeds of the fundraising will be used for the increased sales and marketing effort to accelerate growth, including building the pipeline in Supplier Master Data Management (SMDM), to maintain investment into product development, strengthen the balance sheet to protect against the possible impact from the coronavirus and the potential for small, opportunistic bolt-on acquisitions.
