Dentons advised Erste Bank and ING on a multimillion refinancing of the acquisition of a 54.8 MW solar energy project in Poland

Dentons’ Banking and Finances practice team advised Erste Group Bank AG and ING Bank Śląski S.A. in connection with refinancing of a deal to acquire solar energy projects in Poland with a capacity of 54.8 MW that went to a company controlled by a fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments. It is another project in the Polish photovoltaic sector Dentons has advised on.

The project was headed by Agnieszka Lipska, Partner with the Banking and Finances practice team, with assistance from lawyers Łukasz Błaszczak, Jakub Walawski, Andrzej Sarnacki, Dominika Krysiak-Bogdzio and Katarzyna Kaptur. The project aspects of the transaction were handled by Agnieszka Kulińska (Partner), Jan Dubiński (Senior Associate) and Filip Ruciński (Associate) of the Energy and Natural Resources practice team.
