Dacheng assisted Tianhe Leasing in Successfully Issuing the First Installment of Corporate Bonds in 2022

On 15 August 2022, Tianhe International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianhe Leasing" or the "Company") obtained the Official Reply of China Securities Regulatory Commission of Approval for Tianhe International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. to Professional Investors for Registration of Corporate Bonds (CSRC 〔 2022 〕 1770), in which the CSRC approved that the total par value of the bonds to be issued by Tianhe International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. to professional investors shall not be more than RMB800 million, and the bonds can be issued in installments within 24 months from the date of the CSRC approving the registration.

Upon receipt of the Approval, Tianhe Leasing recently successfully issued the first installment of the corporate bonds in 2022 to professional investors at the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The issue size is RMB350 million, maturity 3 years and interest rate is 3.48%. The bond is known as "22 Tianhe 01" in the abbreviation for the bond.

Both the credit and facility ratings of Tianhe Leasing are AA +. This bond issuance marks the first appearance of Tianhe Leasing on the capital market. The Company will take this opportunity to strengthen its main business of aircraft leasing, promote the diversified development of the aviation industry cluster, and strive to become a leader in the development of aviation industry.
