Dacheng assisted GAIG Huili in Successfully Issuing the Individual Automotive Mortgage Loan Asset- backed Securities Gather Amount of Phase I 2022

On July 25, 2022, GAIG Huili Auto Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GAIG Huili") successfully issued the individual automotive mortgage loan asset- backed securities Gather Amount of Phase I 2022 in the interbank bond market.

The individual automotive mortgage loan asset- backed securities Gather Amount of Phase I 2022 is 4 billion yuan to be issued, which are divided into Priority Grade A asset- backed securities, Priority Grade B asset- backed securities and Secondary asset- backed securities. Guotai Junan is the leading lead underwriter of this project, Bank of China, Mizuho Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation are the joint lead underwriters, CCB Trust is the trustee, and Dacheng is the legal counsel.

Mr. Wang Lihong, senior partner of Dacheng Beijing Head Office, led his asset securitization service team to provide whole-process quality legal services to GAIG Huili for the successful issuance of this round of ABS, including the issuance of the registration documents containing the circular structure and non-circular structure at the stage of quota registration; actively cooperating with GAIG Huili, CCB Trust and Guotai Junan in completing the drafting of transaction documents and related due diligence during the issuance stage of this round of ABS; issuing the English version of the prospectus according to the needs of the issuance of this round of ABS, and providing legal support for the project development and related issues during the issuance.
