Dacheng Has Successfully Signed the Compliance Management System Construction Project for Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd.

Recently, Dacheng Law Offices, relying on our rich experience and professional service programs in the areas of compliance management and risk management, won the successful bid for the compliance management system development project of Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Initial Equity Development" or the "Company") and successfully signed the contract with Initial Equity Development. The project team shall, on the basis of the evaluation on the effectiveness of the compliance management system and the identification and assessment of the compliance risk for the initial public offering, put forward the "three-in-one" work program and the planning program for the compliance management work, carry out the compliance management work program, strengthen the operating mechanism, attach importance to the compliance culture and build the information system for the compliance management, and carry out the special construction of compliance for the key areas while improving the compliance management system, implementing the compliance risk management, strengthening the operation mechanism, paying attention to the compliance culture and building the information system for the compliance management.
