Consistent Excellence for 11 Consecutive Years: Dacheng Serves as Long-term Legal Counsel to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for the 11th Year Running

Recently, Dacheng Law Offices renewed its legal service contract with the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD). We are honored to provide long-term legal services to the department for 11 consecutive years.

 

As the long-term legal counsel to the Department of Legal Affairs of MOHURD, the Dacheng legal team provides a full range of services: assisting with administrative reconsideration and representing administrative litigation cases; supporting legal publicity; providing legal opinions on major administrative decisions and actions; advising on legislation related to real estate, construction and other housing and urban-rural development sectors; participating in the national “court‑mediation connection” mechanism for housing and urban-rural development disputes and assisting the National Joint Coordination Committee for Civil Dispute Mediation in the housing and urban-rural development sector; and providing on-site legal services.

The Center has more than 220 mediators nationwide, all senior partners of Dacheng. Approved by competent authorities, the Center has been officially included in the People’s Court Mediation Platform, enabling connection with people’s courts at all levels across the country. Through the platform, the Center accepts online delegations from courts, conducts mediation via audio‑video or in-person sessions, issues mediation documents online, and applies for judicial confirmation online.
