Dacheng Lawyers Assist Guangxi Yongzhitai Industrial Co., Ltd., a Subsidiary of Guangxi State-owned Capital Operation Group, in Data Asset Listing; 166 Million Swine Data Items Listed on Two Exchanges

Recently, as a pilot entity for full-cycle data asset management in Guangxi, Guangxi Yongzhitai Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangxi State-owned Capital Operation Group, completed Guangxi’s first data asset listing in the agricultural and sideline food processing industry. The data product Guangxi Swine Intelligent Slaughter Dataset, built on 166 million end-to-end swine data records, has been listed simultaneously on the Beibu Gulf Big Data Exchange and Guiyang Big Data Exchange. The Guangxi Swine Intelligent Slaughter Dataset uses intelligent technologies to automatically collect full-process data including swine intake, inspection and quarantine, slaughter, cutting and processing, covering multiple standardized procedures. The data is authentic, real-time and traceable, representing high-quality industrial data in the swine slaughter sector. The dataset supports slaughter enterprises in production control, quality traceability, cost efficiency and compliance management. It assists government agencies in agriculture, rural affairs and market regulation in precise supervision, risk early warning and industry regulation. It also provides data support for meat processing, cold-chain logistics, food distribution and animal husbandry research institutions, driving digital transformation, full-chain food safety and high-quality industry development. The project provides a transformation model for traditional agriculture, demonstrating that even the conventional swine slaughter industry can unlock new quality productive forces through systematic, professional data governance and assetization.

The successful financial statement listing and dual-exchange listing of the 166 million swine data records mark the completion of a full-cycle system covering data governance, assetization and compliant circulation. More strategically, this compliant listing and valuation lay a solid foundation for exploring innovative financing tools such as data asset-backed securitization (ABS) in the future. “Data credit” is expected to become a new pillar empowering the real economy.
