Dacheng Successfully Assists China Resources Power in Labor Employment Compliance Review

In March 2025, China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (“China Resources Power”) launched a group-wide labor employment compliance review covering its regional subsidiaries. The project spanned 11 provinces and municipalities, 14 prefecture and county-level cities, and took more than one year to complete.

 

Dacheng Guangzhou Office provided full-process special legal services, including project design, on-site reviews, employment risk assessment and compliance manual drafting, supporting China Resources Power's labor compliance management and earning high client recognition.

 

This review is a robust initiative for cross-regional group enterprises to identify and standardize labor compliance risks. Dacheng Guangzhou Office coordinated with Dacheng Beijing Head Office, Shenyang Office, Zhengzhou Office and others to deliver cross-regional support. The project represents another successful example of Dacheng’s cross-regional, localized services for group enterprises.
