Ye Jinlian is a partner (Record Unfiled) at Dacheng Law Offices, holding a Master of Laws degree from Tsinghua University and qualified to practice law in both China and California, USA.

 

Before joining Dacheng in 2019, Ms. Ye worked for two Fortune Global 500 petrochemical enterprises, accumulating more than ten years of in-house legal and project investment experience, including two years of overseas work. She has an in-depth understanding of the business logic, compliance and risk control of multinational corporations.

 

Since joining Dacheng, Ms. Ye has focused on cross-border dispute resolution and corporate law. In cross-border dispute resolution, she excels in handling parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions and devises optimal solutions for clients through litigation, arbitration and negotiated settlements. Her representative cases include a HK$1 billion cross-border guarantee dispute, in which she won favorable judgments in both mainland China and Hong Kong. She has also successfully represented clients in numerous international arbitration cases and assisted parties in reaching amicable settlements.
