Guo Yulan is a partner of Dacheng Law Offices, Director of Dacheng Belt and Road Construction Research Center, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Cross-border Investment and Trade Practice Group of Dacheng Shanghai Office. With profound professional knowledge and more than 20 years of practical experience, Ms. Guo specializes in complex cross-border investment and financing, M&A, supply chain, trade and data compliance.
She has served multinational corporations operating in China across energy, manufacturing, chemical, healthcare, PE/VC, high-tech and other industries. Ye Jinlian is a partner (Record Unfiled) at Dacheng Law Offices, holding a Master of Laws degree from Tsinghua University and qualified to practice law in both China and California, USA.
Before joining Dacheng in 2019, Ms. Ye worked for two Fortune Global 500 petrochemical enterprises, accumulating more than ten years of in-house legal and project investment experience, including two years of overseas work. She has an in-depth understanding of the business logic, compliance and risk control of multinational corporations.
Since joining Dacheng, Ms. Ye has focused on cross-border dispute resolution and corporate law. In cross-border dispute resolution, she excels in handling parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions and devises optimal solutions for clients through litigation, arbitration and negotiated settlements. Her representative cases include a HK$1 billion cross-border guarantee dispute, in which she won favorable judgments in both mainland China and Hong Kong. She has also successfully represented clients in numerous international arbitration cases and assisted parties in reaching amicable settlements.
In corporate law, Ms. Ye provides full-life-cycle legal services in China for multinational corporations across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, covering corporate establishment, governance, investment and M&A, labor compliance, bankruptcy and liquidation. Representative clients include SELECTUSER, Organon, Citadel, SK and TELUS.
Zhang Peng is a partner of Dacheng Law Offices, focusing on cross-border investment and financing, M&A and restructuring, and international commercial dispute resolution. She has long been at the forefront of cross-border legal services and has accumulated profound experience in complex cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions.
Ms. Zhang holds dual degrees from Columbia University (US) and Sciences Po Strasbourg (France), combining common law and civil law perspectives. With keen cross-cultural insights and strong multi-jurisdictional practice capabilities, she excels in top-level structure design and project execution for cross-border transactions, as well as handling major and complex disputes arising from sophisticated transactions. In multi-party projects, she is particularly adept at identifying key issues and core risks, striving to achieve the optimal balance for clients among legal boundaries, commercial goals and practical implementation.
Throughout her career, Ms. Zhang has led numerous high-impact cross-border transactions and dispute cases, serving financial institutions, state-owned and private enterprises, government agencies, private equity funds, listed companies and Fortune Global 500 enterprises. Her practice covers the United States, Europe, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Africa, providing in-depth support to finance, manufacturing, energy and mining, infrastructure, semiconductor, TMT, consumer goods and other industries. She continues to deliver forward-looking and practical cross-border legal services for the global expansion of both traditional economy and emerging technology enterprises.
