On March 26, 2026, China Business Law Journal, a leading legal media, released The A-List 2025–26: Rising Stars – China Practice. Duan Jintao is a partner of Dacheng Law Offices, specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on financial claims, corporate governance, equity investment, real estate and construction projects. With extensive case-handling experience and solid professional skills, Mr. Duan has unique advantages in identifying core disputes, analyzing judicial logic and organizing evidence, serving many central state-owned enterprises, listed companies and private enterprise groups. In his spare time, Mr. Duan continues to conduct research and study to enhance his professional capabilities and has published many practical research articles. Adhering to the principle of refined representation, he devotes substantial time and effort to each case, repeatedly polishing high-quality representation strategies to deliver professional legal opinions efficiently. In many complex and difficult cases, Mr. Duan integrates potential judicial outcomes into strategic planning in advance, significantly improving clients’ risk controllability and achieving representation results exceeding expectations, winning consistent high praise from clients.
Guo Jiaming is a lawyer at Dacheng (Greater Bay Area Lawyer) and an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, the University of Hong Kong. He previously worked at the Hong Kong offices of several international law firms, rising to Senior Counsel. Mr. Guo specializes in providing legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs, pre-IPO financing and investment, M&A and corporate compliance. He also advises high-net-worth individuals on wealth planning and offshore trusts. Currently, he serves as regular legal counsel for a number of companies, including Hong Kong main board-listed enterprises and start-ups.
The M&A projects led by Mr. Guo – Guangdong State Farms Group’s acquisition of controlling shares in United International (Holdings) Limited and Wanguo Gold Group’s acquisition of Xiangfu Jinling Limited – were selected in the annual M&A transaction lists of China Business Law Journal and IFLR. Mr. Guo was recognized as a Rising Talent of Shenzhen Foreign-related Lawyers and named to China Business Law Journal The A-List 2025–26: Rising Stars. For his outstanding professional performance and social service dedication, he received the inaugural “Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong Island” award at an event supported by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
Mr. Guo holds an MBA (first in class) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law (first class honors) from the University of Hong Kong, the CFA qualification, and is an Affiliate Member of CPA Australia (ACPA).
Xie Yeman is a senior partner of Dacheng Law Offices and Deputy Director of the Data Compliance Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. She holds multiple professional qualifications, including CISP-PIP Certified Personal Information Protection Specialist, EXIN Certified DPO and Data Transaction Compliance Professional.
Ms. Xie has deep expertise in corporate compliance management system construction and compliance certification. In recent years, she has provided professional legal services including compliance management system construction, ISO 37301 and ISO 42001 certification, ESG legal services and supply chain compliance for numerous central state-owned enterprises, leading private enterprises and listed companies. Her clients include Shenye Group and its subsidiaries, EVE Energy, PetroChina Shenzhen New Energy Research Institute, Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine, Shenzhen Airport Group and Shenzhen Airport Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Energy Fuel & Materials Company, Huaneng Power Hunan Branch, China Jushi, Zhenshi Group, Wenzhou Guansheng Auto Parts and Pengding Holdings, covering energy, pharmaceuticals, aviation, chemical, automotive, real estate and other industries. In ESG and anti-commercial bribery, Ms. Xie has rich practical experience, undertaking compliance projects for EVE Energy, Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine, Zhenshi Group and other enterprises. She also has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, representing many complex cases, with sharp litigation thinking and comprehensive litigation capabilities that strongly support her handling of large-scale corporate compliance projects.
Ms. Xie excels in project management and can tailor compliance management systems for enterprises according to their industry attributes, business models and operational characteristics, embedding compliance into business scenarios to empower commercial development. She consolidates the compliance foundation through certification and guides the evaluation of the effectiveness of compliance management results. All projects advised by her team have been highly recognized by clients.
