• Zhang Jun

Senior Partner, Dacheng Beijing Office

 

Zhang Jun is a Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Offices and Head of Dacheng Family Office Practice Center. He serves as Director of the China Family Power Research Center and Deputy Director of the Family Business Research Center at Jinan University School of Management. A highly recognized lawyer in family wealth management, Mr. Zhang focuses on family (enterprise) and wealth value management for Chinese families (enterprises). He has extensive research and practice experience in top‑level structure design for families (enterprises), domestic and overseas family trust planning, family capability enhancement and value management, family office establishment and operation, comprehensive compliance and crisis resolution, charitable trusts and charitable structure design. He also provides systematic support to wealth management ecosystem institutions.

 

Mr. Zhang is the author of multiple publications including Logic Restated: An Overall Solution to Family Wealth Management, Dialogue on Family Trusts: 21 Practical Cases and Dialogue on Private Wealth Management: 21 Practical Cases. His book China Family Office – Protection, Management and Succession for Families (Enterprises) is used as teaching material at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has been awarded top rankings in private wealth management by international rating agencies for consecutive years, including Band 1 in Chambers Greater China Region/High Net Worth Guide, “Star Lawyer” in LEGALBAND China Top Lawyers and Leading Partner in The Legal 500 Greater China.

 

• Tang Hongjie

Senior Partner, Dacheng Zhuhai Office

 

Tang Hongjie is a Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Offices, Co‑Head of Dacheng Family Office Practice Center and Director of the Going Global Legal Research Center under Dacheng Financial Industry Committee. He established and has long led Dacheng’s Hengqin Greater Bay Area Office, providing comprehensive legal services to domestic and overseas clients. He has advised on numerous inbound investment projects for foreign funds (QFLP, QFI, FDI) and designed and implemented ODI cross‑border legal structures.

 

Since becoming Co‑Head of Dacheng Family Office Practice Center, Mr. Tang has focused on cross‑border family enterprise matters with Singapore and Hong Kong as dual hubs, covering family office establishment and offshore fund and trust structuring. He currently serves as China legal counsel to multiple fund managers and family offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, and specializes in CRS compliance practice across jurisdictions.
