Ms. Yu Kun is a Partner of Dacheng Law Offices, Director of the Labor & Human Resources Committee and Head of the Labor & Human Resources Practice Group at Dacheng Kunming Office. Ms. Yu Kun specializes in labor law and human resources compliance. She is among the first members of the Yunnan Expert Think Tank on Labor Relations and a recipient of the Gold Medal Labor Relations Coordinator title. She also serves as a part‑time arbitrator at the Yunnan Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court, with deep involvement in labor dispute mediation and adjudication, and enjoys high industry recognition.

 

Ms. Yu Kun’s legal services are distinguished by their strategic vision, depth and breadth. Since 2010, she has served consecutively as Assistant Legal Counsel to the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, providing key intellectual support for the development of the rule of law in governance. As project lead, she has drafted key regulatory documents including the Yunnan Provincial Medical Security Administrative Penalty Discretion Rules. She has also been entrusted to conduct administrative enforcement file reviews for judicial, forestry and other authorities at provincial and municipal levels, reviewing nearly 500 cases in total, helping to standardize administrative law enforcement through professional expertise. In corporate advisory, Ms. Yu Kun has provided comprehensive and forward‑looking legal services to major state‑owned enterprises and renowned companies including Yunnan Power Grid, Yunnan Communications Investment Group, Yunnan Construction Investment Group and Yunnan Airport Group. Her services cover internal control, antitrust compliance, human resources system development and large‑scale staffing solutions. She has led complex employee placement projects involving thousands of personnel, demonstrating exceptional project management and risk resolution capabilities.

 

Ms. Yu Kun also dedicates herself to theoretical research and industry knowledge sharing. She has co‑authored several professional books including Practical Guide to Labor Law Difficult Issues and Labor Law Complex Cases and Corporate Compliance Guide. She has also compiled practical resources such as Labor Law Data Guide for Yunnan Enterprises, actively advancing the development of labor law practice in the region.
