In non-performing asset (NPA) disposal, she has built a full-process one-stop solution covering assets worth over RMB 700 billion. At its peak, her annual debt assignment volume represented 17.58% of China's banking industry total.

 

In capital markets, she advises numerous listed companies and has served CSCEC for six consecutive years on securities matters, including China's first central SOE preferred share issuance.

Yuan Xusheng is a Partner of Dacheng Law Offices, focusing on debt restructuring, NPA disposal, capital markets and financial asset management. He advises commercial banks, trust companies, insurance asset managers, private funds and financial asset management companies on NPA disposal, debt restructuring, asset management and compliance. He leads high-profile market matters and serves as regular and special counsel for major banks, asset management companies and the China Insurance Security Fund.

 

In capital markets, especially international debt capital markets, he regularly advises issuers and underwriters on PRC law for offshore debt offerings including USD bonds, EUR bonds, MTN programs, free trade zone bonds, dim sum bonds, lotus bonds and capital instruments. He also assists foreign entities in issuing Panda bonds in China's interbank market. He is listed in the Beijing Lawyers Association Foreign-Related Lawyer Talent Pool.
