Chen Feng is a Class-I Lawyer, Vice Chairman of the Advisory Committee and Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Offices. He serves as Consulting Expert on Civil and Administrative Litigation Supervision Cases of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and member of the legal expert pool for Shanghai municipal legislators. He is also an arbitrator at multiple institutions including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Additionally, he holds the positions of Vice President of the Belt and Road Legal Research Society and Case Law Research Society under Shanghai Law Society, Industrial Mentor for Juris Master Program at Fudan University, and Adjunct Professor at Dishui Lake Advanced Finance Institute of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Lan Jiangfeng is a Partner of Dacheng Law Offices. He concurrently serves as Deputy Director of the Foreign-Related Legal Committee of Guangzhou Lawyers Association, Executive Director of the International Law Research Society of Guangdong Law Society, Foreign Counsel of the Indonesian Bar Association, Off-Campus Tutor for MBA Program at South China University of Technology, and Industrial Tutor for interdisciplinary talent training programs at School of Foreign Languages, Sun Yat-sen University.

 

His team focuses on legal services for Chinese enterprises operating in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Indonesia. The practice scope includes investment and trade, corporate compliance, cross-border financing and M&A, cross-border dispute resolution, and daily corporate operation and compliance management. Specific services cover investment and factory construction, construction engineering, energy and mining, compliance consulting for internet applications, trade compliance and general corporate legal affairs, including pre-project legal due diligence, compliance consulting, investment structure design, establishment of local entities, qualification review, labor law, corporate governance and equity acquisition.

 

Based on rich practical experience and legal research, his team has compiled a series of investment guidebooks for Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries. Lan Jiangfeng has earned a host of domestic and international professional awards. Qu Xia is a Senior Partner and Secretary-General of Dacheng Cross-Border Investment and Trade Committee. Her main practice areas are cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border compliance. She has assisted dozens of Chinese enterprises in expanding their businesses to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Africa and other regions.

 

Qu Xia holds academic degrees from China University of Political Science and Law, Peking University Law School, University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Beijing Jiaotong University.

 

With nearly 20 years of practice experience, she has acted as perennial legal counsel for multiple institutions and enterprises, and delivered special legal services for well-known domestic and overseas groups. Her professional competence and dedication have won high recognition from clients.
