Li Qi graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, majoring in Economic Law in 1997. He currently serves as Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Offices, Co-leader and Director of Dacheng Real Estate Industry Committee, Director of Dacheng Construction & Energy Committee and Director of Dacheng Banking & Finance Committee. He is also an arbitrator at arbitration commissions in Guangzhou, Tianjin, Changsha, Xiamen and other cities.

 

With over 27 years of practice in civil and commercial legal affairs, Li Qi boasts extensive experience in banking and finance, real estate and construction engineering, investment and M&A, general corporate legal matters, equity and asset restructuring, trust dispute resolution and venture capital.
