Dacheng Lawyer Appointed Member of the Academic Advisory Committee of the China Association for Public Companies

Recently, Wang Jie, Senior Partner and Head of the Financial Industry Committee of Dacheng Law Offices, received an official appointment letter from the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO) and was appointed Member of its Academic Advisory Committee.

CAPCO is a national self-regulatory organization for public companies approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, supervised by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). It is committed to “service, self-regulation, standardization and improvement” to advance the high-quality development of public companies. The Academic Advisory Committee provides key think-tank support: conducting research on capital market reform and public company development; contributing professional advice; and representing CAPCO in external communications.

Wang Jie is Senior Partner and Head of Dacheng's Financial Industry Committee, with rich experience in bankruptcy, reorganization, finance, capital markets and NPA disposal. He serves major financial institutions and public companies globally and boasts outstanding track records and market influence. This appointment recognizes his professional expertise and reflects CAPCO’s high recognition of Dacheng’s financial legal services.

Wang Jie stated he will earnestly perform his duties, conduct research on key legal issues in capital market reform and public company development, and support improved governance and high-quality growth.
