Eva Niu is licensed to practice law in China, New Jersey and New York, and she has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court. She is recognized by China Ministry of Justice as one of the 1000 attorneys nation-wide specializing on cross-border legal issues. With more than 14 years of experience in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, she has represented clients in a wide range of cross-border regulatory compliance issues and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution matters. She is also ranked in Legal 500 in international dispute resolution.

In the area of regulatory compliance, she advises clients navigating legal risks in cross-border trade and investment, including market entries, export control, sanction, anti-corruption, AML, and supply chain compliance under multi-jurisdictional operations. In the area of dispute resolution, Ms. Niu has represented both domestic and foreign clients in cross-border commercial disputes involving investment and sale of goods in courts at all levels in China and before international arbitration tribunals.
