"Chemical Experiment Data Trade Secret Dispute": Represented Tianchen Haohua to sue China Chemical Company for infringement of trade secrets related to chemical experiment data, and finally settled the case through mediation and safeguarded the client's legitimate rights and interests.

"Quantitative CTA Trade Secrets" : the case of Blackwing v. Su, Wu and Mouhe Co. for infringing its trade secrets related to the code of quantitative CTA system, represented Su and Wu to actively respond to the lawsuit and safeguard the client's rights and interests.

"Wu's infringement of trade secrets" : represented Wumou's from the perspective that the secret points involved in the case did not constitute trade secrets, and successfully defended his acquittal, resulting in his acquittal in the retrial and second trial.

“Paris Baguette Trademark Infringement”: Represented Korean trademark owner in a case involving infringement of the famous Korean bakery brand “Paris Baguette” and successfully stopped the infringer’s infringement.

NVC Lighting: In the case of NVC Lighting v. Ou Tian Company, Hepburn Company and other infringement of trademark rights disputes, represented NVC Lighting to successfully stop the infringement of infringers and obtained more than 5 million yuan in damages.

"Li Yang Chemical Patent Infringement Retrial Case" : Successfully represented Li Yang in the patent infringement retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, directing the Hebei Higher People's Court to retry the case and revoke the original judgment of the second trial, which safeguarded Client's legitimate rights and interests.
