In the nine years following graduation from university, he has successively worked in Xiamen, Kunshan, Hubei, and other regions, engaging in import and export business and corporate management. He has accumulated diverse professional experience and broad social exposure through roles including foreign trade specialist, executive assistant to the president, general manager, and chairman of the board. He is well-versed in international trade practices and possesses extensive hands-on experience and comprehensive managerial capability in major corporate matters such as market expansion, joint ventures, financing, and contract/managed operations.

With civil and commercial matters as the main line of practice, he has focused on the study of corporate legal systems, handled and processed a large number of cases across various categories, and has accumulated substantial experience in the following areas:

Corporate Law: company formation, mergers and divisions, equity transactions and M&A, asset restructuring, state-owned enterprise reform, shareholding restructuring and IPOs, foreign direct investment, corporate liquidation, corporate governance and equity incentive plans, compensation systems and labor contracts, etc.;

Investment and Financing: private equity funds, asset securitization, project financing, financial leasing, trade finance, guarantees and trusts, credit investigation and risk assessment, etc.;

Other: major commercial negotiations, representation in civil and commercial litigation/arbitration, and defense in economic criminal cases such as smuggling.
