Ms. Guixiang Jin received her LLB degree and LL.M degree from Jilin University School of Law and received her Japanese Law LL.M degree from Hokkaido University.  She has been practiced in famous PRC law firm and Korean law firm.

Guixiang Jin has focused on legal service since 2005, and has accumulated extensive legal service experience in foreign direct investment, corporate business, M&A, private equity, compliance advisory, insolvency & restructuring and real estate.  She is experienced in dealing with numerous of cross-border investment, M&A, financing projects for large and listed companies from domestic, South Korea and Japan. Being a legal consultant for investment institutions, she takes major part in equity investment and business integrations.  Ms. Jin has extensive practical experience in the following industries: automotive, energy, real estate, chemicals, distribution department stores, media& entertainment, medical & medicine etc.

Ms. Jin has also served as a legal counsel for many famous Korean companies such as SAMSUNG, SK,Hyundai, CJ, ELAND, SHINSEGAE, AMORE PACIFIC, Orion, LOTTE MART.
