Mr. Hu has extensive experience in practicing on cross-border Trade & investment, Corporate and M&A, Bank and Finance and Dispute Resolution. His experience includes all aspects of planning and structuring commercial transactions by assisting clients in achieving their commercial goals by feasible and lawful means.
Since working as lawyer in 2001, he has successfully represented clients in hundreds of litigations and arbitrations, served dozens of corporation as legal advisor, and assisted clients in facilitating and convoying thousands of commercial deals. With respect to the contracts on the deals, Mr. Hu has drafted or reviewed thousands of contracts. On behalf of the acquirer in M&A deals, Mr. Hu is skilled in finding the real situation of acquired parties, locating neglected risks, breaking negotiation deadlocks, assisting the acquirer in developing a proper transaction mode, and drafting or reviewing better contracts therefore.
