After graduation in 1992, Jia Wu engaged in law teaching for five years, and then practiced in Global Law Firm Nanjing branch. She was good at handling foreign-related economic and trade arbitration, including acting for many trade dispute arbitration cases in CIETAC and foreign-related construction project contracting dispute arbitration cases.  She is good at dealing with the company's comprehensive legal affairs, responsible for risk management and control, IP protection. Directly participated in cross-border M&A projects and assisted with due diligence. Led the establishment of overseas subsidiaries, and was responsible for the compliance review of listed company in USA. She is good at handling foreign-related and complicated commercial cases, has successfully revoked CIETAC foreign-related arbitration awards on behalf of overseas clients, obtained the support of the retrial court on behalf of a state-owned company on a foreign trade import retrial case, obtained the full support of the retrial court on behalf of an external execution of objections, conducted domestic due diligence and issued legal opinions for a number of Taiwan listed enterprises.
