Lu Zhou is a Partner at Dacheng Shanghai office. She has been with the firm since 2008. In recent years, she and her team have assisted domestic enterprises in completing cross-border investment, financing, and trading projects in countries such as the United States, Brazil, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, and other regions along the "Belt and Road."
She is qualified to practice law in both the PRC and the State of New York, USA. She graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor's degree in Law and later obtained a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Business Administration in the United States. In 2016, she was nominated and recommended to join the “All-China Lawyer Association Talents Pool for Cross-Border Transaction Legal Services.” In 2018, she participated in the “Foreign-Related Leading Talent” training program (international trade and cross-border mergers and acquisitions) in the United States sponsored by the Ministry of Justice. She was listed in the 2023 LexisNexis “Elite Under 40” for Mainland China. In 2024, she was appointed a member of the Specialist Mediator Panel of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) and later passed with distinction the "Dual City and Two Court Dual Certification" program of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK). Her practice focuses on corporate and M&A, cross-border transactions, dispute resolution, and capital market-related services.
