Educated in both China and the U.S. with strong trade and finance background, Mr. Song has represented domestic and foreign clients in a large number of commercial transactions and dispute resolution involving different jurisdictions, with the main areas of practice including: overseas compliance, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and related dispute resolution.

Mr. Song has assisted a number of domestic and foreign enterprises to complete overseas compliance projects involving legal risk control of export control and sanctions; he has also assisted a number of large domestic central enterprises, listed companies and private enterprises to successfully complete a number of complex mergers and acquisitions in various fields; he has also represented a number of domestic and foreign companies to successfully resolve disputes involving international trade, foreign investment and overseas acquisitions through international arbitration and cross-border negotiations. In addition, he is also responsible for the year-round legal counsel of many companies in various fields, including business corporate compliance construction, contract review, labor dispute handling, management system establishment, etc.
