Lily Fan holds the certificate of both legal and tax, and is able to provide service with both Chinese and English.

Lily Fan has exclusively cooperated with the sole American law office in Qingdao, Baker&Daniels Law Office, for several years, so is very experienced in the area of dealing with foreign related legal affairs;  and has performed as  the in-house lawyer of Abengoa Water for its Boo project in Qingdao.

Lily Fan also provides legal counsel service to private equity funds, and provide wealth management legal advice and training service to several financial institutions, including performed as the legal counsel to the Private Bank of ICBC headquarter.
