Luo qualified as a Chinese lawyer in August 2004. She has more than ten years of legal experience in investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, securities (IPO and non-public offering of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock exchanges, reorganization, equity incentive, etc.), funds and corporate compliance management.
