Introduction

Maggie Kong, a lawyer who has been in practice since 2007, joined Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (Shanghai) in 2011. Prior to that, she had practiced at leading Chinese and foreign law offices. Maggie has focused on corporate business and labor compliance for many years, with significant achievements in both non-litigation and litigation fields, especially in serving transnational corporations and foreign enterprises, where she has gained extensive experience.

Maggie is a partner in the Corporate Department of Dacheng.
