James Tao Wu is a senior partner of Dacheng Shenzhen Office. James worked in top PRC law firms for around 10 years before he joined Dacheng in 2014.  During years of legal practices, James has accumulated considerable professional experiences in corporates matters, M&A and dispute resolution.  James has provided a wide range of legal services to clients in different industries including manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate, finance, shipping, pharmacy and so on.  James is familiar with relevant PRC laws and regulations regarding corporate and M&A and has been significantly involved in a number of major transactions. James was promoted to senior partner in 2020 and now he is a managing partner of Dacheng Shenzhen Office. James is fluent in both Chinese and English.
