Vivien Tuo is a senior partner at Dacheng Law Offices, Beijing, and a member of Dacheng's Board of Directors. She has over 25 years of extensive experiences in foreign direct investment, outbound investment, cross-border M&A and general corporate matters. Her practice covers a wide variety of industries such as manufacturing, machinery, mining, TMT, etc.
