Sharon Wang, graduated from law school of Fudan University with her bachelor degree in law, after which she finished her further study in Saarland University in Germany with a master degree in law. She has been with Beijing Dacheng Law offices,LLP (Chengdu) since 2014, with legal practice areas in corporate (investment and financing, M&A and restructuring,   bankruptcy and reorganisation, etc.) as well as cross border investment and trading, dispute resolution related to foreign affairs for years. Sharon has been qualified both in Mainland China as a practicing lawyer and in Hong Kong as a solicitor, and she has served plenty of giant state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and foreign-funded enterprises with her rich experience and high expertise. She designs and implements effective solutions for foreign direct investment projects in China and cross-border transactions involving Chinese counterparts, and has been awarded as Dacheng's New Elite Lawyer, Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year, and the Best speaker of Dacheng Cup International Arbitration Competition (English). Sharon is also registered as a "Head of Bankruptcy Administrator"  by the Intermediate People's Court of Chengdu Municipality, as well as the "Leading Lawyers of foreign affairs Chengdu" by the Chengdu Lawyers' Association.

In the past ten years of her legal career, Sharon has had several cases of great typical significance:

1. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, the two countries have maintained profound friendship, and cooperation in political, economic, cultural and other fields between the two sides has achieved leapfrog development, and the strategic partnership between the two countries has been continuously consolidated. 2. The 31st World University Summer Games was successfully held in Chengdu, which is the first international large-scale sports event held in China after the 20th Party Congress, and also the first world comprehensive games held in the western region. Dacheng Chengdu Branch set up the "Universiade-Dacheng Legal Service Team", and formed 10 legal service groups for foreign-related, labor, insurance, criminal, intellectual property, medical and health care, administrative law enforcement, construction engineering, sports and social conflict resolution in response to the potential legal service demand of the Universiade, and devoted to the legal service work of the Universiade in Chengdu in a positive attitude. 3. Yahua group Namibia mining rights acquisition project: sichuan yahua industrial group co., ltd ("yahua group" stock code: 002497) acquisition of Namibia Damaraland mining district lithium mining rights project smooth delivery. 2022, November 24, yahua group issued a notice, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary yahua International Investment Development Limited to acquire 70% equity interests in two wholly-owned subsidiaries of China-Africa Industry (Hong Kong) Limited and indirectly hold 70% interests in four lithium mining rights in Namibia's Damaraland Mining District, and the total consideration for the acquisition of equity interests in this project will not exceed US$145,329,000. The four lithium mining rights acquired in this project are located in Damaraland region of Namibia, with the mining rights covering an area of 720 square kilometers, adjacent to the UIS tin mining area. The region has good power and road conditions. The acquisition of four lithium mining rights in Damaraland mining area in Namibia is a further layout of Yahua Group in the upstream resource end of the industry, which is conducive to enriching the Company's future upstream lithium resources, improving the Company's lithium independent and controllable ability, and further enhancing the Company's comprehensive competitive strength. Red Star Macalline foreign investment introduction project: As the project leader, Mr. Wang Xiangyu provided special legal consultancy services for the introduction of foreign investment for Chongqing Bishan District and Red Star Macalline Holding Group Co. and successfully introduced foreign investment of USD 30 million in December 2021 to help the Bishan TOD large-scale urban complex and Aegean Sea Shopping Park project. 5. "Paris Baguette" foreign investment project in Southwest China: Paris Baguette is a famous bakery brand under the SPC Group, which is a long-established food enterprise in South Korea, mainly engaged in French bread, delicious sandwiches, selected cakes and aromatic coffee. As the host lawyer, Mr. Wang Xiangyu provided the whole process of legal service for the investment and establishment of factory and store operation in Southwest China, assisting the client in drafting, reviewing and handling the legal documents related to foreign investment, communicating and liaising with the competent authorities on the legal matters in the process of foreign investment and providing the client with professional consulting and advices, and successfully completing the filing of the record for the establishment of the foreign investment, investment in the production factory, opening and operation of the store, etc.. Bidding for 100% equity of EOGI project: EOGResources, Inc. is a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (stock code NYSE:EOG), founded in 1985, headquartered in Houston, the United States, is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration, development and production companies in the United States, with an oil and gas production of 276 million barrels of oil equivalent in 2020. As of the end of 2020, EOGResources, Inc. owned 3.22 billion barrels of oil equivalent of oil and gas reserves, of which 98.32% of the Company's reserves are located in the U.S., and the remaining 1.68% are located in Trinidad and China.EOGI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EOGResources, Inc. established in Cayman, and EOG China, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EOGI, hold 100% operator's interest in the Bajiaochang gas field in the onshore Sichuan Central Block in the Sichuan Basin for a purchase consideration of up to US$100 million.
